Making the Case for the Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Federation and its partners are helping elevate the role of supply chain infrastructure and industrial real estate in regional and national economic conversations.

Recent coverage has highlighted new research from Beacon Economics and Pepperdine University documenting the industrial ecosystem’s contributions to Southern California, including nearly 1.5 million jobs and approximately 11% of the region’s economy. The findings have been featured by The Press-Enterprise, Boston Real Estate Times, Pepperdine Newsroom and other outlets.

SCF leadership has also contributed commentary on the importance of preserving industrial land, strengthening supply chain infrastructure and maintaining policies that support investment in the ports, warehouses and freight networks that keep goods moving.
